On Legal System Of WTO Telecom And Its Application

After the China's accession to WTO, all sectors have actively adopted measures to meet rules of the WTO. As the basic industry, the Chinese telecommunication service sector takes an effort to carry out WTO regulars, but it still weaker to the developed countries such as opening market, service, and technology. As long as the telecommunication industry manger forms in China, dis-functional systems of telecommunication law have resulted in this inferiority. This article introduces agreements concerning telecommunications under WTO and emphasis on differences by comparing the Annex on Telecommunications and Chinese Telecommunications Rule. In this article, based on the analyses of the situation and character of Chinese telecommunication industry, the author proposes the strategies to enhance comprehensive competence capacity.
