A Preliminary Study On The Japan Telecommunication Business Law

The impact of the Japanese telecommunications law on the Japanese telecommunications industry has important implications for the subsequent development of the Chinese telecommunications industry.This paper firstly summaries the advantages of Japanese telecommunications industry legislation and its impact on Japan by studying the legislation of Japanese telecommunications industry.Then,through the study of the relevant systems of China's telecommunications industry,it explores the exiting problems in China's telecommunications industry legislation,also the reference and guiding significance of Japanese telecommunications industry legislation to China's telecommunications industry legislation.There are few studies on the legislation of telecommunications industry in China,and few studies on the comparison between Japanese and Chinese telecommunications legislation.Therefore,the author can make use of his own understanding of Japanese culture,institutions and his experience studying telecommunication law in China to carry out innovative research and discussion on this issue,which is the significance of this paper.
