| In this paper, the author studied the compensation management system of Yangzhou Genesis Microelectronics Co.,Ltd , introduced the current situation and the trend in the microelectronics industry home and abroad . By investigating the contentment of compensation in the company, the attitude of the employees to the current compensation management had been learnt. After deeply analyzing the problems of the compensation management, based on the key theories of compensation management, the author put forward some methods to improve the compensation management in accordance with the actual situation of the company and systematically illustrated the issues of designing the compensation in all kind of the employee. |
