Genesis Group Event C Provincial Light Industry Restructuring Collective Enterprises Association, Characteristics And Coping Strategies

At present, China is experiencing a crucial period of economic and socialtransforming, and the reform of the System of Socialist Market Economy is furtheringits development, in addition, the adjustment of benefits among various social groupsis intensifying. Various new problems and new conflicts keep emerging, and theconflicts among the people are becoming more and more complicated, during whichmass disturbances have become the main forms of expression. The frequentoccurrence of the events has already threatened the healthy development of China’seconomy, the maintenance of sound social orders and the happy life of the people.The issues about how to correctly observe these events and how to search and analyzetheir reasons and characters have become the hot topics of the present study in thisfield, which also have some very crucial and practical significance for researching.This thesis analyzes the mass disturbances via some research methods, such as,document research, case analysis and so on. Special attention is paid to theoccurrence mechanism of mass disturbances among structural reforms. Moreover, thethesis takes the mass disturbance among the reform of Light Industry UnitedAssociation as an example, combines the case with the4R model, and comes up with11measures to deal with the mass disturbances.This paper consists of six parts. Part one is the introduction, in which the authorstates the background significance, literature review, research method and content,creation, and the technical approach of this study. In part two, the author illustratesthe mass disturbances and the relevant theories. Firstly, the mass disturbance isclearly defined, then, its’ characters are summed up and classified. After that, thereasons have been analyzed and the coping strategy has been offered. Additionally,the occurrence mechanism of the mass disturbances among the structural reforms hasbeen analyzed. In part three, the author generally introduces the reform of LightIndustry United Association and the mass disturbances it leads to. Firstly, the author briefly introduces the basic information of this organization. Secondly, the authorargues the necessity, object and present condition of the reform. Lastly, he stresses thecomplexity of this reform and the followed mass disturbances. In part four, the authoranalyzes the reasons, characters and forming process of the mass disturbances that theLight Industry United Association triggered. Based on the various phenomena of theabove reform, the author sums up the specific six reasons and four obvious charactersof the disturbances whose forming process has been summarized. In part five, theauthor states the strategy that the Light Industry United Association applied in theevent. Based on the specific reasons of the above disturbances and4-R model, theauthor offers the four-step procedure, that is, Reduction, Readiness, Response, andRecovery, and eleven detailed approaches to deal with the mass disturbances. Part sixis the summary and inspiration, in which the author classifies and summarizes thewhole paper.
