According to the problem that the organization can not encourage its staff effectively, the thesis poses a series thoughts to enhance the encouraging effect to staff, and under the directing of these thoughts, establish a set of measures to enhance the motivating effect to staff.The thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter includes some based conception related to encouragement and history of the thoughts and methods of encouragement. In the second chapter author analyzes main factors influencing staff to motivate, and believe these factors will change depending on time, space and individual. Moreover, he argues organizations of our country should adopt the motivation mode to staff which meets organization on the basis of the changes of these factors. In the third chapter author apply the equilibrium theory of consumption to study to motivating staff as a pioneer. In the forth chapter the author apply marketing thoughts to study to motivating staff as a pioneer as well, and further point out that the staff is the serviced object as the customer for an organization. So, organization should regard the staff as the second customer, and should make a conscientious investigation to the need ofstaff and meet these needs. As a result, organization will obtain staff's effort to his job. Based on the thoughts above, in the fifth chapter author establish a set of methods to enhance the motivating effect to staff, and argue these methods should be developed according to the change of needs of staff.
