The paper studies commodity logistics system of suguo distribution center based on the theory and method of modem logistics management and especially provides improvement project of inventory management, vehicle routing problem and management information system in it's logistics management. This will enable the enterprise to duly, accurately meet the customer's demands with the lowest cost and the least inventory quantity, so as to enforce the enterprise core competition power.The purpose of logistics management is to reduce logistics cost, and raise supply chain efficiency so as to promote the overall competence of supply chain enterprise alliance by integration and high-speed movement of logistics, information flow and funds flow. In inventory management, the inventory of goods will be managed according to it's sort by applying the ABC method and reasonable inventory structure will be decided; when demands and ahead period changes the inventory quantity will be calculated by applying theory of statistics, and reasonable inventory quantity will be decided. The losses of unmarketable goods will be reduced by analyses of retaining cost and profit. The information needed by commodity logistics could be duly effectively deposited, processed and transmitted by means of establishing commodity logistics information system and market management, purchasing management and inventory management will be linked by information, so that commodity logistics will be managed overall.
