To enterprises today, human have been becoming the most important resource. In human resource management, performance management has a core position. It turned to be one of the most important facts to those enterprises that can survive for a long time.However, performance management emphasize particularly on the macroscopical part. It lacks details. As a new and effective QC method, Six Sigma (6) can make up the defect. Its basic subjects and helpful tools can be used in the performance management to control the fluctuation of the performance and improve the satisfaction of the shareholders.This dissertation chose performance index system and performance management system as research objects; under the new performance index system, used all kinds of useful tools and the DWAIC circulation in the performance management; and drew a conclusion that "while carry out the performance management, it is the best way to combine the 6 into performance management. |
