The 6SIGMA management is a kind of popular, scientific management mode abroad. Enterprises have nearly all already begun to implement 6SIGMA and manage strategy successively in the manufacture types of 500 tops of the global wealth. GE Company popularized and applied 6SIGMA to manage in an all-round way in the beginning of 1995; in 1997, 6SIGMA made the income of GE Company exceed the cost invested when being managed; in 2000, the income that the management brought to GE Company was up to 2,500 million dollars. After China becomes WTO members, Chinese enterprises face the competition from trans-corporation that is aggravated day by day, it has already imperative to study and learn from foreign and advanced 6SIGMA management mode. JH Company is an automobile manufacturing company, facing by the keen competition of the same trade both at home and abroad, the old management mode does not adapt to the strategic development of enterprises, it is the primary strategic choice in recent years of enterprise to study and channel into advanced 6SIGMA management mode.
