Project Risk Analysis Process, Methods And Models

Project Risk Management, the significant content of Project Management, is the key element of successful PM. Now both the researchers and the practicers are focusing on Project Risk Analysis which is the base of PRM. First, based on the concepts about PRA, the paper does some researches on process of PRA. Then, the methods of project risk analysis in the process of PRA are studied in the paper. Third, AHP and FAT are applied on the analysis of project risk, and both models are applied on a case of a new automobile product project.
