China's Science And Technology Management System Study

As the development of economy depends on the evolution of science and technology greatly, economic competition is the same in science and technology actually. While the development of science and technology need a suitable administrant system, developed countries attach importance to the innovation of management framework, to gain the superiority status in the competition of science and technology.This thesis reviews the reform in the science and technology management system hi the last 19 years and achievements in the technology and economy integration, technology system rebuilding and the management framework reform. Comparing to other counties' reform over the world, this thesis discusses the problem and abuse of our science and technology management framework, and some aspectes need farther reform, such as government function, unit reorganizing and human resource management marketization.
