Professional Foreign Trade Enterprise Knowledge Innovation

As a product of the times of planning economy, the specialty foreign trade corporation has played a vital role in the development of our national economy at one time. But with the improvement of Socialism marketing economy system, releasing of foreign trade operating rights, especially after entering WTO which is impelling the trade system reformation of our country further, the management environment of the specialty foreign trade corporation has taken a great change. In the current business of foreign trade, the specialty foreign trade corporation has lost the monopoly agency rights of foreign trade which was unique to it in the times of planning economy, and the specialty foreign trade corporation has to compete equally with other various corporations in foreign trade at the same time. In this situation, how to keep the durable competition ability of the specialty foreign trade corporation has caused more and more internal scholars' attentions.This paper manages to analyze the question from the view of knowledge innovation, but the incapableness of new classical economics in explaining the innovation forces us to reject the analytic style of main current economics. Using the analytic style of evolutionary economics, this paper makes theoretical analyses to the idea of the specialty foreign trade corporation which is trying to obtain the durable competition advantage by regarding the knowledge innovation as the core of corporation innovation with the situation of exterior environment changed. At last, regarding Jiangsu Shuntian Co. Ltd as concrete case this paper puts forward several development suggestions of the competition ability aiming for its concrete managing circumstance.
