The Research Of Users Knowledge Sharing Behavior In Academic Communities Based On Evolutionary Game Theory

Knowledge is the most valuable resource of modern society, the development of internet has facilitated the spread of knowledge and academic communities emerged in the background of internet environment, providing a convenient, efficient and cost-effective knowledge platform for scholars in various field. The purpose of knowledge existing on the network is for people to learn, but also the foundation for the existence of various communities. Knowledge sharing is the most basic features of the academic community and a process of communication between members. Unlike commodity, knowledge can’t freely be passed, because the main characteristics of knowledge sharing, knowledge structure and a lot of difference in the community environment can be the factors of knowledge sharing.Evolutionary game theory is a combination of classical game theory research system dynamic evolution and biological evolution method, this idea applicants in society, science and multi-disciplinary. This paper uses evolutionary game theory and methods to analysis user behavior change process in the academic research community, emphasizing its dynamic and macro.Firstly, this paper makes a brief summary of knowledge sharing, academic community and the basic content of evolutionary game theory, then introduce the definition of dynamic evolutionary game theory and evolutionary stable strategy. Comprehensive analysis of past empirical research and influencing factors of knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing academic community factors were summarized in individual, knowledge and communities in three areas. The academic community user behaviors are divided into simply browse, comment and posting, build Game Models. First, for the simple browsing behavior and participate in discussions to build a game model1, and then divided into groups to participate in discussions and posting those comments, build the game Model2, the evolution of these two types of model analysis, systematic stable equilibrium point strategy and evolution paths. Finally, according to the analysis model, starting from the three behaviors, give some advice on how to promote academic community user knowledge sharing behaviorThe purpose of this study was to explore the behavioral characteristics of users in academic community, from the user to select a different behavior factors starting to build the framework of the academic community game model based on user behavior choices. Provide solutions on how to better promote academic community members to share knowledge, help the academic community to realize the true value and attract more users to take particinate in it.
