Positive Sea Nanomaterials Project Management

Enterprise, as a kind of economic organization, has its long-term development strategy target. While, project, is the basic activity for an enterprise to realize its strategy target as well as the direct motivity in pushing the enterprise development. Adopting the way of project management, is to take the enterprise project as a system, through exercising scientific management theory and method, to control and exert the total management fro the enterprise management. Yantai Zhenghai Chemical Industry Co., Ltd is an enterprise engaged in producing new high-tech products such as nickel carbonic acid, liquid alkali, monochlorizated iron etc. In order to get survival in the drastic market competition, the company decides to build the new Nano material project. This paper makes a brief analysis for how to exert the management in this project. The purpose is to urge the enterprise make the perfect management so that to reach the expected result.Regarding the real situation of Zhenghai Co., the author's comments are: this project management should adopt functional organization structure. For doing in this way, it will be in favor of the development of project work and guarantee the realization of this project target. Meanwhile, the company's normal business should not be influenced.According to the project life cycle theory, the author divides this projects into five phases: project establishment, feasibility study, project plan, project performance, project termination. Through the five phases' analysis and study, the main works in each phase is confirmed. Besides, regarding the performance of the project, four measures should be taken is put forward: progress control and alteration control, quality control, cost control, risk management study.All the various risks which could happened in project life cycle are analyzed in details. It is pointed out that the risk management analysis is of important to project management. While the risks should be correctly identified, risks before, among and after the project performance should be ensured. Scientific methods should be adopted to evaluate and answer the risks.
