| This article carried out all-round analysis and research on the humanresource management (HRM) model of middle-mall sized enterprise(MSE) in Fushan Hi-tech Industrial Zone(FHIZ). The main purpose is toanalyze and resolve problems and table a proposal for setting up a newHRM model, a model facing to the customers, for the MSEs in FHIZthrough the method of going from theory to practice and spot-panel circlemethod, depending on abundant first-hand datas and specific cases. Thearticle is mainly composed by the following 4 parts: basic theories ofHRM of MSE, development history and situation of FHIZ, HRMcondition and'its development tendency of MSEs in FHIZ, re-orientationof HRM model of MSEs in FHIZ: set up a new HRM system of facing tothe customers. The latter 2 parts are important parts of the article whichcomprehensively analyzed the problems existing in HRM of MSEs inFHIZ and tabled a proposal to construct a new management model mainlythrough case analysis connected with HRM theories.Chapter 1, basic theory of HRM of MSE, is divided into two segments, related theories of MSE and related theories of HRM, which introduced the definition standard, character and impact of MSE, the related concept, development tendency and the function of HRM. Chapter 2, the development history and situation of FHIZ, totally introduced the founding of FHIZ, the great successes it had made, enterprise condition init and proposed that FHIZ should mainly develop MSEs not only in former time, but also at present and in the future.Chapter 3 is HRM condition and its development tendency of MSEs in FHIZ. It is an important chapter including two segments, feature and problem analysis of MSEs in FHIZ and the specific enterprise case(about A company) which can comprehensively reflect the features and problems of MSEs in FHIZ. This chapter analyzed the problems existing in HRM of MSEs in FHIZ in general and in specification and proposed specific solutions aiming at the problems and laid a foundation for the construction of the new model.Chapter 4 is re-orientation of HRM model of MSEs in FHIZ which means setting up a new HRM system of facing to customers. The chapter is divided into 4 segments: the necessity of building a new model, the meaning of the word "customers", the meaning of the HR management system "facing to the customers", how to construct such a HRM model. It proposed the necessity and the method of constructing the HRM model of "facing to customers" for MSZs in FHIZ considering the actual situation of MSZs in the zone and the requirements of the modern enterprise system for HRM, by which the main purpose of the article to find out problems, analyze the problems, solve the problems and guide the practice can be realized. |
