With the coming of Knowledge Economy, the enterprise has been faced with increasingly keen competition. Human resources have been the most precious resources. To meet the future challenge, what manner of human resource management the enterprise should take accordingly? Of course, we should realize that management should be standard, and everything ought to be carried out in standard. But any regulations will always have some rip, and it is uneconomical to establish rules for every action. So it must turn from heteronomy to autonomy, and it depends on to strengthen autonomy. Enterprise culture has great effect on human resource management. Its function is that it can induce, harmony and control the mind, thought and behavior of the employee. This is a higher mode of human resource management. This thesis mainly discusses that why and how to exert the function of enterprise culture in the field of human resource management.This thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, it mainly introduces the background of research including the coming of Knowledge Economy and the reform in enterprise, and then introduces the status quo of study and the main idea of the thesis. In the second chapter, it discourses from the development of enterprise culture, and mainly talks about the feasibility and necessity of human resource management oriented by enterprise culture. In the third chapter, it discourses the characteristic, the significance and the theory basis of human resource management oriented by enterprise culture in detail, and put forward the mode of human resource management oriented by enterprise culture. In the forth chapter, it made a study on how to lick the employee's behaviors into shape. In the last part of tag, it mainly concludes the point of innovation.
