Performance management is one of the vital implements and tools in the human resource management of the modern enterprise.Although its important influence upon the enterprise competition has already realized,here existed some misapprehensions and problems in the course of the implementation and operation,which resulted in a not good outcome in execution. The paper explored how to effectively carry on the performance management for employees,based on the concerned theories and taken the performance management in Fuyang Cigarette Factory as a typical example.In the paper the theoretical principle of the performance management was firstly introduced,and then the practical problems in the Fuyang Cigarette Factory were analyzed,at last the solutions and some advices on how to improve it were also provided for reference. |
