Performance management is one of the vital functions of the human resource management, along with both the orientation of the human resource management once again and the establish of tactic status, performance management graduates into the key in which the enterprise win the competition when the human society comes into the information economy times in 21 century. But because of kinds of reasons, there exits many problems in the performance management of Chinese enterprises.We firstly introduce systematically the system of performance management, then we deepen and perfect the cognition of the performance management and its action by analyzing the circumstance factors. Thereafter, we dept into ourtopic--The research of the operational theory of the performance managementsystem.In our opinion, the operational theory of the performance system includes five parts as follow:(1) Building a scientific performance assessment system.(2) Controlling the unfair accident.(3) Building a perfect prompting system.(4) Keeping the dynamic adaptability of the system.(5) Exploiting the manager' s diathesis.The theme of our research is hoping that through the research we can clear the skeleton of the complication system of performance management and provide beneficial reference to the leaders of enterprises when they are making decisions about building performance management system.
