Manufacturing Resource Modular Integrated Model Study

A complex product can be decomposed into modular systems, this paper studies the organization of these modular systems. Base on the analysis of the disadvantages of traditional organization, the paper try to propose that modular network is the most efficient organization for these modular systems.This paper analysis that modular organization could decrease the transaction cost, and analysis the transaction cost through five dimensions. Then through seting up game theory model, the author prove that the form of modular network organization can achieve the pareto equilibrium, and propose that the relation-assets among enterprises are the essential distinction between module network and market. Through studying transaction income and specialized economic, the author suggest modular network organization can achieve the benefit of specialization. The author analysis the distribution of common knowledge and idiosyncratic knowledge in the manufacture system that can be decomposed into modular systems, then propose that modular network organization is the best way to collocate the idiosyncratic knowledge and policy-making power. This paper analysis that under the new environment of manufacture, modular network organization is the best organization that can reduce production cost.Base on the study of the different way that produce the automobile in the world, this paper analysis the reason of difference from the institution aspect. By means of quantitative analysis, this article prove modular network is the most efficient organization for the modular components of the manufacture system.Base on the study of the decomposing cost and network production cost, the paper set up model to study the boundary of module. Then through inframarginal analysis and marginal analysis the author study why all the subsystem module can not adopt the form of module network, then this paper answered the issue of this paper at the microcosmic level.
