| Compensation system is the base and important portion for the modern corporation system. To design a scientific compensation system that accord with the corporation culture and can promote the development of the corporation is a new and great subject. In this paper we have discussed the fundamental theory relative to the compensation. The paper has designed the new compensation system of the Changqing Corporation. Analyzed the important action of the compensation management in the development of the corporation.Chapter 1 has introduced the construction of Changqing Corporation. Chapter 2 has analyzed and diagnosed the problem of Changqing Corporation. Chapter 3 has introduced the compensation design goal and principle of Changqing Corporation. Chapter 4 has evaluated the new compensation system for Changqing Corporation. The innovation of the compensation system has made the good effect. Chapter 5 has summarized this article elaboration, obtained the result of the designed dissertation in the conclusion. |
