So Project cost management is becoming the main symbol and necessary content for the construction enterprise to survive and develop further. Studying the cost management has important practical significance for improving the investment system and accelerating the reformation and enhancing the competitive ability of the construction enterprise.In order to meet the cost target, the business should use different methods of measurement, and implement the approaches of analysis and the control technology at practice in the building process. So the project cost can be supervised and controlled, and the deviation can be corrected and the experience is summed up in time. As a manager of the construction enterprise, the authors has observed and studied the cost management and controls processes, and want to obtain experience for improving our work.With the improvement of the investment system reformation, construction enterprise aims at meeting the client's requirement for the building products and making profit for the business. Strengthening cost management and control is an important way to ensure enterprise's benefits and to improve enterprise's managing performance and to enhance business' reputation. However, because of the limitations of traditional idea and the lack of implement of management science in construction area, we should do research work in the practice and find effective means to solver the existing problems and improve cost management and control.
