The aim of human resource management is first to improve employee's performance and then to enhance company performance. Human resource management contribute to firm development among the fierce competition. Now most of the Chinese firms haven't pay much attention to it, the evaluation system is dated. This article project based on Coats China is to improve the evaluation system. It is also to be helpful to the firms those salience are close to Coats China.Comparing the American firm's evaluation system with Japanese firm's, the article analyze the characters of Coats China, then select 360-degree-feedback system. To create favorable ambience for working ,and to enhance company's competitiveness.The object of evaluation is to improve the company performance, not just to be the level for promoting or add salary. So significant feedback is importance for the communication among the staff and improving the performance.
