All the outstanding firms have their own corporate cultures. Corporate culture is the basis for a firm's longevity because it gives the firm the force of orientation, motivation,cohesiveness.,sanction and radiation. SCT Firm faces an environment that civil tobacco market is going to reform and tobacco monopolization is likely to be cancelled and foreign tobacco firms are prepared to enter into Chinese market. Furthermore, SCT Firm itself needs to change its current situation that the firm lacks activity and its products lack cost advantage and competitiveness, and its social image hasn't been formed. So, SCT Firm needs to set up its own and forceful corporate culture. By making a specific analysis of SCT Firm, the theme of the paper is to probe into the core culture, the vision ,the .mission, .the core value, the spirits, and the philosophy of SCT Firm; At last we can formulate corporate culture of SCT Firm. The theoretical basis of the paper depends on the knowledge of human resources management, customer relations management, corporate global strategy, leadership and corporate culture that the author has learned at EMBA classes in SWUFE during the past two years. The practical basis of the paper depends on the advisory career that the author has been engaged in the past several years and the thorough investigation of SCT Firm. So, the paper is more theoretical and innovative and It may be beneficial to other firms in the relative trade. The basic logic of the paper is as follows: In the first chapter, the essence of corporate culture is discussed. The author discusses corporate culture separately from the perspectives of culture systems, the levels of corporate culture, the connotation of corporate culture, the basic content of corporate culture, and the design principle of corporate culture. Through the discussion, the author draws some conclusions to form the theoretical basis for the construction of corporate culture of SCT Firm. In the second chapter, the author tries to answer the question why SCT Firm should set up its own corporate culture. By comparing corporate culture of civil firms with foreign firms, the author draws a conclusion that corporate culture is the basis for a firm's longevity all the and excellent firms emphasize the construction of corporate culture. Thus, the author answered the question from the theoretical and practical angles. In the third chapter, the author makes a diagnosis of the current situations of the corporate culture of SCT Firm and draws some conclusions. Through the analysis from the former two chapters, in the last chapter, the author hap formulated the idea about how to construct the corporate culture of SCT Firm. The author puts forward that the corporate culture should be based on the core value that the person is the essence and the law is the norm and ethnics is the priority. On the basis of core value, the firm should formulate its mission, vision, spirits and other ideological system and devise visual image and carry out the culture activities and at last form an effective culture enforcement scheme. In the paper, the selection of core value and the distinction of different core value are detailed discussed at the height of inheriting historical culture, conforming to the scientific development value and adapting to the modern management ideas.
