This text is a case study on how the corporate culture makes effects on the corporate reform. We get the case of Guangdong Post Bureau, which is a large logistic stated-owned firm. The conclusion is that the corporate reform is not only the reform of strategy and organization, but also the reform of culture. Actually, reforming the corporate culture is an assurance of the success of the corporate reform. As for the case, the corporate culture is a "step by step" culture, and which cannot improve the firm's reform. The corporate culture must be translated into " human-based strong" culture, so that it can be pliable and suitable to the corporate's strategic transition.Based on the analysis,we make a further approach to put forward some methods to solute the problems. The first step is to consummate the management system of the Guangdong Post Bureau; the second step is to program the mutual vision; the third step is to innovate the values; the fourth step is to eliminate the bounds between the departments, keeping the group work together and think together; the fifth step is to set up result-oriented corporate culture; the last step is to build the quality culture and customer culture. The new type corporate culture will support the reform of Guangdong Post Bureau strongly, and it can improve the firm's performance and competitiveness.
