Under The New Situation, China's Textile Enterprises "going Out" Study

The research object of this thesis is "going-out" strategy and relatedproblems. From the broad sense, "going-out" strategy means thatenterprises head for the international market to compete and cooperate;From the narrow sense,"going-out" strategy means that the enterprisesinvest to the abroad, establishing production organization. " going-out"strategy can be divided into two layers: the basic layer means theexportation of the merchandise and service, mainly involving the exporttrade of the goods, service, technique...etc.; the higher layer means theexportation of the capital, or transnational company management. Thisthesis researched related problem on "going-out" from the broad senseangle. The relevant researches about "going-out" of textile enterprise havebeen started very early, because the theory research comes from practiceactivity. Our textile have been sold to international market very early, sorelevant researches can trace back very early, but they really get valueand development after reformation and open. There are some relevantresearches on internationalization of textile enterprise, but they usuallylimit the research about "going-out" to export, for example the situationsthat our textile export trade face, especially the opportunity and thechallenge after entering into WTO. To study " going-out" problem of textile enterprise, firstly we needknow the meanings(also namely necessity), so this thesis analyzed themeanings of "going-out" from the tiny view, medium view and macroview, argument the necessity of implementing "going-out" strategy .Thenafter analyzing the condition that our textile enterprise go out, we candeduce new content of "going-out" strategy. After making the newcontent of "going-out" strategy sure, it analyzed the opportunity andchallenge our textile companies face, and the advantage and disadvantageof our textile enterprises, lay the foundation for textile enterprises to findout appropriate path to carry out "going-out" strategy. The last partinquiries into the path to implement "going-out" strategy. This is basicway of research of this thesis: importance of strategy â†' content ofstrategy â†' conditions of implementing strategy â†'concrete path to carryout the strategy. Main content of this thesis is divided into the four parts, its maincontent is as follows: Chapter 1 is the introduction to the meanings thattextile enterprises go out under new situation. Section 1 introduced somereasons that government established "going-out" strategy. Then section 2analyzed the necessity for textile to walk out. The first Section of Chapter2 analyzed the condition that textile enterprises walk out. Section 2 frompractice and theory elaborated the necessity and the possibility that exportcombine with investment .Chapter 3 primarily analyzed strength,weakness, opportunity and threat of implementing "going-out" strategy.The first section analyzed the direct and indirect influence of entry intoWTO. The second chapter analyzed the threat that primarily includedsome non-tariff trade barriers, for example Anti-dumping indictment,technique trade barrier, SA8000 and etc…. The third chapter analyzed theadvantage of our textile enterprises. The fourth chapter analyzed thedisadvantage of our textile enterprises in the course of going out. Thefourth part is the last chapter. It brought out some ways to help textileenterprises to walk out better, which include how to prompt the exporttrade of textile enterprises, how to strengthen the development of foreigninvestment of them ,how government to design policy to help themimplement "going-out" strategy. This thesis has four purposes. Firstly, after analyzing the reason thatthe government designed the "going-out" strategy and the meaning of thattextile enterprises carry out "going-out" strategy, textile enterprises canmake aware of that it is necessary for them to go out.
