China's Foreign Direct Investment Policy Research

In the economic globalization, FDI has already become one of the most important and active factors that promote economy. FDI has strengthened the relations among the countries.Under the economic globalization background, the competition pressure forces all kinds of countries to innovation in the management system of international investment. On one hand, many nations have adopted positive polices to absorb foreign investment on the other hand, restrictions about foreign investment have been released. So developing countries start make policies to promote FDI.Since joining in WTO, FDI of China has experienced a rapid development and become the indispensable component of economy.Under the prerequisite of studying developing countries' policy of FDI, this paper introduces the game theory to analyze FDI, compare different FDI policies and combine the actual conditions of our country so as to support our own FDI policies.This paper has six parts. Chapter 1 introduce the purposes of the study of FDI, explains the base theory of FDI . Chapter 2 recommends the theory of object-choosing and analyzes the FDI theory on the base of the game theory. Chapter 3 compares the policies between the different countries. Chapter 4 analyzes the current situations and problems of our FDI policy. Chapter 5 formulates the goal of our country to develop FDI and set up a frame of policies. The last chapter concludesthat the active development of FDI is the most important strategy.This paper consults a large amount of documents and takes the following methods: combination of vertical an horizontal investigation, normal analysis and positive analysis. This paper not only makes great effort to explore the FDI theory, but also set up the frame of FDI policies on the base of theoretical analysis which is in order to support the development of FDI in our country.
