Human Capital Investment Optimization Analysis

In the 21st century, modern science and technology develop rapidly and the competition of talents between the companies has all-time prick up. Then increase in human capital investment becomes the key talisman of enhancing business' energy and strength, gaining biggest income and conquering the opponents. Because human capital has great value, the research about business' investment in human capital is task endowed by history. For human capital, many scholars made the research from different point of view. This thesis emphasizes analyzing the issue of optimization of business' investment in human capital. I choose this subject because of the profound experience of nearly one year's work at Dalian New Star human resource consultant Co., Ltd. During the work, I have profound understanding to human capital investment of different talents. There are two issues to be resolved: the first is that company should make the efficient investment in human capital; the second is that what investment proportion to different stuff will obtain the best result. I choose the subject of optimization of business' investment in human capital based on the pondering of theory and work experience.At first, this thesis analyzes the cost and income of business' investment in human capital in theory. And then, I make research on the three manners of investment in human capital: the first is investment in carrier of human capital that is the extension investment of increasing the carriers of human capital; the second is training investment that can enlarge connotation of human capital; the third is motivation investment that can spur talents to work hard. At last, I make the conclusion of investment optimization of dissimilar stuff.This dissertation contains three parts: the first part educes the connotation of investment optimization in human capital through analyzing human capital and investment in human capital. Connotation of investment optimization in human capital investigates the best combination of investment in carrier of human capital,training investment and motivation investment that brings about the biggest benefit; the second part analyzes the cost of investment in carrier of human capital, training investment and motivation investment and monetary and nonmonetary income of business' investment in human capital; the third part analyzes combined with practice and draws the conclusion that business offers common employees training investment, provides knowledge employees training investment and motivation investment, gives governors motivation investment and investment in carrier of human capital.
