Study Of Employment Problems In The Revitalization Of Old Industrial Base In Liaoning

The renewed development of Dongbei in China is the tactic and economic deployment of our government. It obtains renewed resplendence by thoroughly remould itself with the support from government. It is a comprehensive and deep-seated adjustment and innovation with the devotion of the financing and the aegis of policy, and not only onefold a devotion of financing and an aegis of policy. So. the renewed development of DongBei in China relate to domain of politics, economy and culture and so on. But I think the employment problem stands out among the problems. This is why I discuss the employment and unemployment situation.In Part One, 1 will conclude the characteristics of current employment situation of Liaoning Province, that is to say, high unemployment rate. From point of view of industry structure, vocation and type of economic possession we analysis the high unemployment rate and the condition of demand and supply of labor force in market particularly in Part Two. Through our observation, we conclude that the current problems are caused by various reasons: both the historical reason, that is to say, during the process from planned economy to market economy embarrass exists which behaves that the performer economic system can't adapt the new modern system and the factor of it's own such as the employees of the manufacturing occupy high proportion and when we start to adjust industry structure, these people also start to be faired or come off sentry duty. So there are so many people out of work. Aimed at the characteristics of Liaoning Province and the problems appear during innovation, we suggest that we should reform in proper sequence and adjust the industry structure combined with the characteristics of it's own in Part Three. We shouldn't copy the experiences of other areas word for word. Simultaneously the government can do many things onimprovement of employment condition. As far as it goes, the government of Liaoning Province should put the employment problem on his desk and it should be the first thing to solve. Many other things such as perfecting social security system, dealing with the surplus labor force in city and countryside, and creating more suitable environment for talents are all should be done better.
