The job-searching process of peasant workers is to analysis all sorts of factors having effect on job-searching and acquirement, and their behaviors from micro-level. It is the embodiment of the configuration for market economy resources in essence. You will have a clear view of best configuration of peasant workers and promotion of social institution after studying this process. It can also provide you with valuable guidance about how to establish the employment strategy orientation in future.This article has analyzed the job-searching status of Chinese peasant workers on both theory analysis and demonstration levels from economics perspective, by referenced many domestic and foreign related theories and methods about job-searching. At first, it analyzed, from job-searching purpose and the behaviors, that the income gap between city and countryside is the main reason why peasant workers has flooded into city for jobs. Secondly, through analyzing the selection during the job-searching, it disclosed that the job acquirement from labor market is far less effective than from social relationships. At the same time, this article also explained the reasons why it is hard for peasant workers to find jobs and why got little salaries based on said labor' s own characteristics, the institution limitation, and the negative effect on society by unemployed peasant workers, expressing the obstacles for job-searing to some extend. The effective strategy to solve the peasant workers problems is to guarantee the demanded employment requirements of them smoothly and stably. Finally, this article explained the scope of government intervention, indicating that it should draw a line of demarcation between government and market. After that, it also makes a detailed analysis on the degree of intervention, drawing a conclusion that the government should not perform much intervention except legislation, monitoring and offering service. It provide some specific measure and thinkings about how to solve the peasant workers problems.
