| Compared with an institute which concentrated on labour' s choice towards career individually, this article aims to research and set up the career system of labours' choice through observing the relation between the change of environment and the change of individual choice result. In the meantime, this essay also tries to set up the structure of system analysis based on the concept of game theory on the background of traditional period.This essay is divided into several parts. The second part review some main models which illustrate the labour supply time of family or micro entity. The characters of these models are to describe the preference and decision process of the micro entity on the basis of some hypothesis. In other words, it means how entity makes decision. The third part will describe and explain the career-choice system of labours in rural. The fourth part mainly analyse the general system environment and recourse environment on one hand, on the other hand, it also generalises the characteristic of external constraints and internal variables what labours will meet when they choose career in the poor area. The fifth part analyses the characteristics of new external constraints and internal variables based on the case of DONGGUAN city through investigation. Meanwhile, it also gives the concept of action degree. By analysing, this part compares and reflects the different strategy sets and the strategy results of action in different area like general area and specific area, poor area and rich area. The sixth part analyses what the motion is to push the career-choice system to operate continuously.During transitional periods, the model for career-choice system is applicable in the planning system, this is broken by the flow of crowds of people. However, with the development of economy and the significant change of resources, some cities like DONGGUAN form a new employmentpattern for rural career. Therefore, the phenomena of multiple developments appear in china. |
