Since reform and opening up, Chinese labor immigration from rural to urban area has accelerated urbanization and urban development. However, migrate workers’education and skill are still at a low level, which hinder their career choice and income increase, and also related to social and economic sustainable development of urban area.The paper is based on Beijing Migrate Workers Survey Data in 2013 and select 613 migrate workers as objects. After analyzing their situation including human capital, vocational training, training type and income, by using Multinomial Logit model and Mincer’s wageequation, the paper aims at discussing how vocational training influence migrate workers’career choice and income, and also provides some suggestions to these situation.As a result, the paper indicates that the migrant workers’income in Beijing is at a low level, while the training participation rate is reverse which above national average. The enterprise training and apprenticeship are confined to construction, industrial manufacturing and service are significant to career choice. Training and income are not closely related. As empirical conclusions, training content should have more personal pertinence and taking market demand as the guidance. At the same time, establishing and improving professional skills certificate system is very crucial.
