| The thesis focuses its reach on the fair business in China by discussing the problems of strategic choice on different developing stages, competitive ranks and the current management situation of fair business in different areas. The purpose of the research includes two aspects of practice and theory. In the aspect of practice, we should appeal the fair business to concentrate on its strategic choice, while in the aspect of theory I hope that we can cover the research vacancy in this field, providing the theoretical guide for the fair business to make their choices.There are four parts in the thesis. The first part is the analysis of strategic theory of our fair business. By using the theory of strategic management, the author thoroughly analyzes the necessity and significance in the enforcement of the strategic management and also describes the main content of the strategic net of our fair business in form of chart and graph. The second part is the general description of the fair businesss. Firstly, the author explains the meaning of fair and fair business. Then, the author further explains the current management situation of our fair business in the view of its characters. Its distribution and the types and structures of its commodity. Lastly, the inner and exterior management environments of the fair business are discussed. The third part is on the strategic choices of the fair business. Firstly, the author points out the three main factors that would affect the fair business to make their choices, i.e. industry, market, and soft and hard facilities. Secondly, the author divides the fair business into four stages, i.e. establishment, development, maturity and declining. Thirdly, the author classifies the fair business into four types, i.e. market guide, market challenge, market follow and market completement as its different competitive rank. Lastly, the author analyzes the fair business in different areas. The author compares the fair business in five economical belts i.e. Bohai Sea coastal fair economy belt, northeast fair economy belt, Yangtze delta fair economy business, Shooing river delta fair economy belt and Middle West fair economy belt. The fourth part is the research of a specific case, analyzing the strategic choices of the Guangzhou Gangly Fair Company.The author collected the relevant materials of fair business by surfing the internet, reading newspapers and magazines, and analyses the strategic choices of our fair business by using the methods of inducing, concluding, comparing and explaining the theories.The innovation of the thesis is that the author tried to study and summarize the strategic choices of our fair business from the aspect of strategic management. |
