With the increase of the uncertain factor and aggravation of the market competition under the environment, the importance of enterprises of strategic management grows day by day. Starting relatively lately because of the economic construction of the market in China, the development of the market system is not enough perfect, and the uncertain factors in the environment are more than those of the developed countries. In this case, to carry on the strategic management during trades in operation means to pay attention to enterprises on the Chinese market further. Under such environmental background, my management strategy of the FOSS group in the Chinese market for a better future then carries on research. This text is mainly divided into five parts, the first part introduces the concrete conditions of the group company, combines research background of thesis to analyses FOSS group in depth then tell the realistic necessity of strategic research, marketing management of China, the Second part mainly foxes on the summary of strategic management theory correlating with a proposition; The third part introduces current global competitive strategy of FOSS group , including anagement philosophy , strategies and bases of three adopted respects of competitive strategy concretely; The fourth part combines the relevant theory, analyses the domestic and foreign environment in the Chinese market synthetically, makes its management strategy and basic competitive strategy...
