By using the method of giving examples and theory analysis, the thesis discusses some strategies of distribution and application of strategies from new angle of view.First , the thesis expatiates on the facts that demand is developing towards celerity , small batches and diversification and the function of promoting the electronic commerce development , winning price advantage gained from distribution center . Then by combining the development actuality of distribution in our country has haven a certain of basis and development potential. So it is necessaryto study the important aspect--distribution in the operation of distribution centerand explore to improve its efficiency.While analyzing selection, the thesis puts forward two basic strategies--dividing order form and combining order form. In order to improving the efficiency of selection, the thesis discusses all kinds of optimizing methods and introduces the characteristics of automatic selection at the basis of basic strategies.While discussing distribution, the thesis brings time punishment and load limit into delivery route optimization model. The new thought oversteps the foregone model which only consider the shortest delivery route and doesn't take load limit into account. It gives attention to reducing distribution cost and improving veracity of delivery time. When discussing information technology used in distribution, by contrasting the distribution flow that adopting vehicle arrangement model and that without adopting it, the thesis definitely indicates the advantage of improving using efficiency of distribution resource by adopting the vehicle arrangement model. The thesis also refers JIT and virtual distribution center to improve service quality and running efficiency of distribution center.
