National Security Information Security Research

Content: In different historical period, the national security has different content and focal point. Before the cold war and after the cold war, country goes through a master's transition from the economic security to the military security. With the outburst of information revolution and development at full speed of science and technology, especially the wide application in social economic life each field of information network technique, people have got further promotion and expansion to the understanding of the national security. The safety of information becomes an important factor of national security, the connection with other safe key elements is closer, therefore it influences the national steady politics, social stability, economy development directly. The safety of information has already become the most outstanding, most central question in the national security in information age safely; it is country's overall and safe foundation stone. Centering on questions of a series of safety of information, such as contention of the information sovereignty, information resources, etc., will become the great subject in the national security field in information age. This text regards international environment as the background of studying, with the new visual angle analyzes the impacts on the safety of information to the national security and the safety of international politics, and seeks the strategic countermeasure of safeguarding the safety of information in the national security. This text divides four parts, Chapter one expounds the relevant concept with safe information briefly, including the concept of safety of information, characteristic, content and kind of threatening, etc.; Chapter two analyses the strategic position that the safety of information is in the national security and far-reaching influence on the international political field; Chapter three probed into the basic key element with safe information of restricting: international economy great political environment , national information policies and regulations, the citizen's security consciousness and characteristics of information network oneself . Chapter four analyses the information security strategy countermeasure of the main country of the world at first, then proposes safeguarding the strategic thinking of the safety of information of China on the basis of the current situation of the Chinese safety of information and existing problem. The research approach in this text uses has mainly: ⑴the method to combine together in theory analysis and history; ⑵The method to combine together on standardize analysis and real example analysis; ⑶Compare and sum up the method to combine together; ⑷Dynamic and static analysis will be combined in the mode. Various kinds of above-mentioned methods are used alternately, in order to carry on the perceptivity and analysis of different methods to different problem.
