Hegemony is always a key word in the international politics.With the explosion of information revolution in 1970s ,the tradional form of hegemony has transformed into a new one,that is the information hegemony which appeares in front of the people in the world.On the basis of great infomational technolical capacity,simple ideology and hegemony theories, the information hegemony is doing what he wants in the international society.Depending on his technology application,the information hegemony pervades so many fields such as politics,economy,culture and other fields,he has opened the door of other countries and has got a great deal of benefits.The information hegemony affects the international society seriously.Firstly,it makes the separation of international power fabric more complex.Secondly,in national security,information fight becomes an impotant way and information security becomes the core of national security.Facing serious security position,the world is urgent to advocate the new security perspectives.Lastly,traditonal national politics,economy and culture sovereignty are all effected negatively by information hegemony.The inbalance fact of national sovereignty is more serious and international society is in instability.According to analysis on behavior,basis and influnce,this dissertation is trying looking for some ways to control information hegemony,and emphersizes that information hegemony can not be ignored. Most impotant, this dissertation wants to prove that,facing information hegemony overspreading, each country not only needs to make great progress in information technology to enhance his general strength,but also needs to coorperate with each other to make new international information order come true.
