An Oil Refinery E-commerce System Design

At present, the reformation of a lot of institution is processing and striding forward international topping enterprise for Chinese refineries. After joined WTO, since foreign capital carrying out on a large scale Chinese market, petroleum enterprise could impossibly cope with national competition only depending on improving employee' s salary. Well then, how petroleum enterprise faces the challenge? The author considers that it is vital to make enterprise suitable for information tendency, expedite to set up EC and information system, and improve enterprise' s rapidity of reaction to market.After investigating and studying, we know that a great deal significative work has been done, which making the refineries having gained huge achievement. Unfortunately, it almost focuses on the software developing and equipment constructing and is lack of understanding on the aspect of systemic concept, structure and developing technologies and entirety of EC and information system. Therefore, some shortages or failures have been taken place for the refineries to construct and apply EC and information system. This thesis chooses the refinery as the studying object and discusses the planning and designing of EC and information system on based on system of the refinery in order to take some building effects to EC and information system' s theory and practice of the refinery.
