At the age of knowledge economy, teams have been applied in more and more organizations to deal with the fast changing environment. Team learning has become one of the most important topics in theory and practice. Team leader is one of the most critical influential factors that affect team performance, and it is of vital importance of team learning. This dissertation discusses the relationship between team leader behavior and team learning, and is hoping to help domestic organizations to find specific leader behaviors and approaches to enhance team learning.This dissertation starts with review of abundant literature and summarizes the concept and model of team learning, as well as the current theory development of team leadership, and then points out the meaning of this research according to the research development of home and abroad.On the basis of theoretical analysis, this dissertation brings forward the model and hypotheses of empirical research. At the first stage of research, a small-scale and in-depth interview is carried out to adjust the theory model and questionnaire; at the second stage of research, the first hand data is collected by a survey and the result of questionnaire investigation is analyzed with SPSS.According to the result of investigation and data analysis, several research conclusions are drawn and research model and hypotheses are adjusted. Here are the main conclusions: team learning has to be managed actively, team leader behavior is important influential factors of team learning and transformational leader behavior is actively related to team learning; team psychological safety partly mediates between team leader behavior and team learning, and it is also an important variable to understand team learning mechanism; the contextual variables have complex moderate effects in team learning management and it is hard to describe those influences with simple linear models.At last, the dissertation points out the limitation of this research and the future research direction.
