The decision is made that it is very necessary for Company A to implement the BPR. The existing straight functional organizational structure should be replaced by the new organizational structure, in which production operation is the key process and guarantee system and expert support system are the non-core process. To ensure the process can run smoothly, a team must be build up according to the requirement of process.
