H Supervision Company, established when the Chinese supervision system was set up, has obtained considerable scale and strength in its line . Leaping at the good opportunity of system shift, the company will reorganize its structure in order to make it more efficient and flexible.Based on the study of both domestic and foreign relevant theories and practices and analysis of its internal and external environment, the article presents the plan for the organization of H company in terms of management structure, organizational structure, work process and operation system.According to the requirements of Act of Company, the management structure consists of board of directors, board of supervisors and shareholders' meeting, with board of directors centered. Board of directors has the highest and the sole authority with the decision making and implementing power. The function of board of directors can be improved by establishing committees at different levels.Closely centering on the core function of supervision and consultation, the organizational structure has been designed, with the idea that shares should be controlled by the company group carried through, a structure has been formed, with H company as the core, Longyi, Longfeng and Project Managing Company as closely-related layer, supervision and advisory institutions as well as relevant test units coordinating with the group as semi- closely related layer , which helps to improve competitive and make the businesses more specialized in order to bring into full play the company's innovation and flexibility. The internal organizational structure has been horizontalized so as to adapt to the rapidly changed external environment.Priority is given to decision making process and operation process in designing process aimed at systemizing and regularizing the work system of the company so as to ensure the efficiency of organization's decision and implementation.Based on the construction of basic system and performance appraisal, the aim of the operation system is to build up an effective inspiration and restraintsystem.The article studies H company's organizational structural design, and presents an overall plan for the organizational structure of the company, which has a very useful guiding function and can be used by other supervision enterprises for reference.
