With the development of market economy of our country, the traditional marketing way can't satisfy the competition of enterprises in the market, the new marketing idea is emerging constantly, which changes the core of marketing from the products into the customer. As the profit source of enterprises, the customer requires enterprises' constant understanding, discovery, develops and meeting demands of customer, and the enterprises should establish the steady relation with the customer. By using customer's information effectively, customer relationship management system can train the good relation with the customer, and realize the maximization of customer's value and enterprise's income.On the foundation of researching the theory of marketing management and customer relation management (CRM), aiming at the research object —the current situation of marketing management of A airline, this paper points out that it is important way and method by utilizing CRM system to improve and ameliorate effectively the problems faced in the marketing management. Through researching the customer segmentation of customer relationship management of A airline, propose method of the further customer segmentation based ID3 algorithm, which realizes customer segmentation of A airline roundly and systematically. Through analyzing the demand for CRM system of A airline, have chosen the development method that prototype combines with structure and the model that B/S structure combines with CVS structure, and done analysis procedure of the business , structural design and course design of the system. On this basis, have carried on detailed analysis and described to several pieces of important and typical function module in the system, and discussed the realization of the further customer segmentation based ID3 algorithm from software interface and code. Finally, pointed out the method of system testing and system testing course carried on in the course of developing.
