The study on employer psychology contract has been a pop subject for quite a long time in the international academia. The focus of the study is the employer psychology contract in the different industries and the relations between employer psychology contract and its factors, because it can bring great effect for the management. However, it has just begun to cause the attention of the domestic academia in recent years. In China, the study approaches on employer psychology contract are still short of local characters. The depth and extent of the study seem to be limited in different industries. Therefore, it's necessary to study the employer psychology contract characters and its related factors in the IT industry, because IT industry plays an important role under the background of knowledge economy and has its unique characters.Based on a broadly review of relevant literatures on employer psychology contract, the investigation in the IT employee, and experts consultation, the initial questionnaire. After a small scope pretest and the formal test are taken, the data is analysized by SPSS and LISREL. The results are proved with good reliability and validity.The IT employer psychology contract status quo is described by knowing the following three aspects: 1) the forecast effect of concrete organization duty on the employee duty; 2) the distribution of employer psychology contract in the combination; 3) the difference of vital statistics in employer psychology contract. The influence of employer psychology contract on the relevant factors is discussed by knowing the following two aspects: 1) the forecast effect of employer psychology contract on the tendency of employee demission and the working stress; 2) the distribution of the tendency of employee demission and the working stress.The research finds: 1) that the gender, education level and company's scale have a significant influence on parts of the employer psychology contract; that corporate size has a significant influence on organization duty; that vital statistics has no significant influence on employer psychology contract; 2) that the forecast effect of organization duty on the employee duty; 3) that the forecast effect of organization duty on the tendency of employee demission and the working stress; 4) that the tendency of employee demission and the working stress is the lowest in employer psychology contract with high investment.
