Since the development of China's rapid economic, with the increase of occupational categories and the increase of job competition, people's work pressure has also increased. The impact of work pressure on people is reflected not only in work but also in all aspects of life. The transformation of government functions led by the rapid development of society, and civil servants also felt more and more work pressure. For young post-90 s who have just entered the society, they often feel uncomfortable when faced with work pressure. The ethnic areas have unique social and cultural backgrounds. The post-90 civil servants working in ethnic areas are exposed to work pressures that are linked to the local socio-cultural background and have their own unique characteristics. This article takes the post-90 s civil servants in minority areas as the survey object, and through literature research, interviews, and questionnaire surveys to understand their sources of work stress, and to use social interaction theory, role theory, exchange theory, maslow's hierarchy of needs,to analyse work stress sources. And finally according to different sources of pressure put forward the corresponding pressure management measures and suggestions. The pressure of the post-90 s civil servants in minority areas mainly comes from the work itself, organizational system environment, interpersonal relationships, work and family, career development, job roles, and their own abilities. As newcomers to the workplace, they first feel the pressure of work comes from the work itself, and the characteristics of many tasks, tight schedules, and difficulties make them feel stress at work;secondly,as a young group, the post-90 s civil servants in ethnic areas are still in line with the characteristics of initiative, active and mind open. They hope to increase their right to speak in their work. However, civil service organizations have more serious environmental regulations in their organizational systems, making them feel uncomfortable; When the complex interpersonal relationship at work is combined with the characteristics of small population mobility and large cultural and ethnic differences in the ethnic minority areas, when interacting with leaders, colleagues, subordinates, and the masses,post-90 s civil servants in ethnic areas feel powerless;in the face of work and family When they are in conflict, they cannot adjust the relationship between the two and think that pressure is greater. For the characteristics of the ethnic regions themselves, that is,the economic and social development level is lagging behind and the cultural background is quite different, the post-90 s civil servants are more worried about themselves about career development, think it can not be made at the current workplace Their abilities, not conducive to the individual's progress and development. In order to alleviate the pressure of post-90 s civil servants in ethnic minority areas, reasonable and effective countermeasures and suggestions should be proposed based on different sources of work pressure. At the organizational level, civil servants can ease the work pressure on the civil service by rationalizing work, establishing a good communication mechanism, improving various regulatory systems, strengthening democratic mandates, and planning reasonable career development paths for civil servants. At the individual level,post-90 s civil servants in ethnic areas should correctly understand the pressures, shape good mental and physical health, and complete work in a planned manner, make reasonable arrangements for time, enhance interpersonal skills, enhance self-employment ability, and give full play to the initiative in their work.In order to ease the pressure of work, work better, and better serve the people.
