A Study On Working Stress And Its Mitigation Countermeasure For Criminal Police Of Tianjin

Criminal police is a special group in the society whose job comes with high risk,high strength and high Time-consuming, for which determines the criminal policefacing the more prominent mental health problems than the average. This paper aimsto discuss the pressure situation and causes of the Tianjin criminal police and proposecountermeasures to ease their working pressure. The paper has investigated thepressure situation and related causes of the2425police officers from the18Tianjinbranch bureau of public security and the criminal investigation bureau byinterviewing and questionnaires, and using the SPSS18.0statistical methods toanalyze the all the data. Finally, on the basis of this study, raise the suggestions to thepoint of releasing the criminal police’s stress.This paper analyzed the work stress, the stress source, and the coping strategiesaccording to the individual and environmental dynamic interaction theory, and madethe questionnaire basing on the interview of several police officers from18Tianjinbranch bureau of public security and the criminal investigation bureau, from whichthe problems of overloading of working hours and career advancement were carriedout; as the result, raising the suggestions on the view of individual adjustment, socialsupport, an the organization restructure.
