Modern corporations almost admit the importance of human resource during the development of them. So how to retain outstanding persons with special abilities became the core problem of business management. And it was also the great question for discussion of HRM. There are multiple methods for keeping elites in which compensation is one of the most important means undoubtedly.Nowadays, there are many hi-tech corporations in our country, and their high payment is widely known. But when they step into the growth evening, facing the dilemma of slow-increasing profit and fast-increasing labor cost, they want to realize the second development. So how they can do that is worth to study. The dissertation set out from this point of view, considering characteristic of growth evening of hi-tech companies, basing on wage theories of economics and incentive theories of management, combining commonly used and classic forms of compensation to study how to redesign the compensation system for hi-tech companies. I chose C technology as an example and wish the design could be used for reference.The meaning of compensation is larger than wage or salary. Compensation includes not only monetary rewards, but also immaterial affirmation, and it involves both tangible and intangible rewards. Of course it remains essentially the same despite all apparent changes. So the dissertation still introduced socialistic wage theories, representative theories of western classical economics and modern economics, for many ideas of them are the base of designing compensation structure.One of the essential functions of compensation is incentive. Its motivation power will be really different if the same amount of compensation is distributed at different part. At the mean time, the reason of giving compensation, that is what kinds of behaviors or results can gain the rewards, is not allowed to disregard, for it direct behaviors of employees. Recurring to incentive theories and commonly usedforms of compensation system and basing on present compensation system of C technology, this thesis designed a new suitable compensation system for C technology that includes three species which are sale series, technology series and administration series.
