This paper presents an assessing model to evaluate marketing personnel quickly and accurately. It investigates related people coming from different enterprises, industries and regions through questionnaire and interview to collect substantial data about marketing personnel' s competence requirements. The collected data is analysed through quantitative approach mainly through SPSS software, and is refined into several assessing points that constitute the final model for marketing personnel. Finally, the author carries out a feedback examination to guarantee the applicability and validity of the model through practical assessing application.The purpose of this study is trying to set up an assessing model, which is convenient, helpful, low-cost and with good-availability for HR management of medium- and small-sized enterprises.The assessing model provides an approach for simplifying the recruitment procedure of marketing personnel with good reliability and validity. It can strengthen enterprises' HR management combined with competency assessing form and radar diagram. Enterprises will improve the success rate of marketing personnel' s recruitment with low cost. At the same time examinees can get advice about their own career development according to the assessing results.The staggered achievement of this paper is the finding of marketing personnel' s competence assessment points; the final achievement is the establishment of the predictive model or the assessing model. The innovative point of this paper is the marketing personnel assessing model for primary election. The assessing form and the radar diagram make the results more intuitionistic.
