On The Legal Protection Of The Right To Education In Compulsory Education

The right of receiving education is one general human right. However, with the farther development of the market economy and the sharply shift of the social structure, the problem of hurting the right of receiving education during compulsory education becomes one more and more important element affecting the development of society and country and lowering the whole people's constitution. Therefore, it is very important academic and realistic significance to study the legal protection of right of receiving education during compulsory education.
