Such as the technical regulation and standards, packaging, marking and labeling requirements, etc. The general meaning of technical barriers to trade refers to all kinds of measures that could affect international trade, including the regulations about Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade, Agreement on Sanitary and Phytosantitary Measures, Agreement on Importing Licensing Procedures, General Agreement on Trade in Services. This paper is mainly discuss about the legislation of technical regulation and standard, packaging and labeling which made by some developed country in technical barriers to trade and sanitary and phytosantitary measures.
