After information technology and information infrastructure are developed, the information industry concentrates more attention on the information resources. Promotion of the information resources position and use of digitized technology, make "content" get rid of the reliance on the carrier and exist independently gradually. As a result, Content Industry came into being as the times require.This text proceeds from successful cases of Content Industry. Combining relevant management theories and information resources theory, the author finds out the operation law of Content Industry. At last, according to current situation of our country, the paper has put forward some effectual tactics choices. Now, it will make a brief introduction:Chapter one mainly introduces the research background and research meaning. Then on the basis of the whole research process, the author structures the research flow chart of the thesis.On the basis of a large number of research results, chapter two have mainly analyzed the definition, production reason and categorized system of Content Industry. And points out the interconnections between Content Industry and the other relevant industries. By analyzing this kind of industry interconnections, not only does the author define the range of Content Industry, but also reveals the characteristics of it.Chapter three structures the value chain of Content Industry. Here, the author combines information resources theory with the value chain theory. According to the similarities and differences between Content Industry and traditional industry, the thesis has constructed the value chain of Content Industry from horizontal and vertical angles. So, the paper tries to look for value anchor point for the operation of enterprises, establishes enterprise's operation direction.Chapter four mainly analyses competitive advantage and competitive strategy theory of Content Industry. Here, The author has used five forces model to analyze the external environment condition of Content Industry. The analytical result indicates, though the competition of present content market is very fierce, there are still a lot of potential entrants. According to this kind of phenomenon, the author analyses two kinds of ways to establish competitive advantages, one is by enterprise oneself, the other is through enterprises group. Then the paper advances that difference strategic may be the optimum choice.After running the further study of the basic theory in chapter three and chapter four, the author has carried on case analysis by using these theories in chapter five.
