After Accession To The Wto, China's Foreign Investment Legislation Perfect

On the basis of reviewing the history of FDI rules and predicting the future of FDI, the author analyzes the legal institutions of international investment in WTO. From the perspective of complying with the new tendency of FDI, the author expounds the present FDI conditions in China and the new situation and tendency we have to face after China's entered WTO. In this dissertation, the author reveals the perspective direction the legal institutions of FDI in China and gives some opinions on the revision and improvement of the legal institutions of FDI in China, ie. based on the practical situation of the utilizing foreign capital, we should conform to the present developing tendency of the FDI rules; refer to the legislative experiences on FDI of the foreign countries, and eventually set up a reasonable standard and perfect legislative system on foreign investment of Chinese characteristics.
