Research On Coordinated Developmet And Policy Optimization Of Urbanization Of Town Agglomeration In Underdeveloped Regions

Urbanization is the transformation of human production and lifestyle from agricultural production and non-urban life to non-agricultural production and urban life.This process includes the transformation of factors such as population and land to urban form.In recent years,urbanization in some less developed areas was promoted,and a town cluster with a certain scale was gradually formed.However,in underdeveloped regions,the urbanization level is low,the urban system is not perfect,the growth rate of land urbanization is significantly faster than that of population urbanization,the growth momentum of urban population is insufficient,the radiation-driven ability of cities and towns,and the level of public services is not high.Problems such as unsound urbanization system hinder the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization.Therefore,in order to promote coordinated development of "town clusters",cities and towns in underdeveloped regions should study the development level,influencing factors and interaction of population and land urbanization,and optimize policies and systems.This paper is from the perspective of population urbanization and land urbanization.Taking Youjiang river valley urban belt in Baise,Guangxi as an example,this paper systematically studied and analyzed the coordinated development of urbanization in town clusters of underdeveloped regions.First,build the index system of comprehensive development of population urbanization and land urbanization,by using principal component analysis(PCA)to measure the level of comprehensive development,from two dimensions of time and space on the comprehensive level of population urbanization of land urbanization,understand the Youjiang river valley urban belt with a weak foundation and low level in urbanization,the present state of land urbanization faster than the population urbanization.And then,according to the current trend of population and land urbanization,the regression analysis predicts that the land urbanization in Youjiang river valley urban belt will comprehensively lead the population urbanization and widen the gap in the future.Secondly,with the aid of the coordinated development degree function calculates and coordinated development degree of the population urbanization and the land urbanization,use of the method measuring the weight that to explore the influence factors and mechanism of coordinated development,and the urban belt take by not coordinated development or low level of coordinated development to coordinate or senior good coordination gradual development on the time series,but there are obvious regional development differences in space;There is a significant positive correlation between land urbanization and population urbanization,and the degree of coordinated development of the two is mainly affected by the level of economic development.Finally,in view of existing problems,influenc:ing factors and development trend.according to the national policy,combined with the use of public management theory.regional development theory and the theory of advantage such as theory,put forward the town cluster in underdeveloped regions in order to play better advantage backwardness is key of the development path and population,land,institutionalization of administrative aspects of policy recommendations.
